In order to provide a better service to you, we may collect and process data from you about yourself and your personnel. These information may include: (a) Contact information such as name, address, mobile number and email address;
(b) Profile information including username and password that an individual may enter into their account profile
(c) Government-issued identification numbers such as NRIC number or FIN number
(d) Financial information such as bank account or payment card details
(e) Information about a merchant’s interaction with our mobile app or platform services including but not limited to clock-in and clock-out time; and
(f) Information related to merchant’s use of our services such as spending activity and the transactions we process.
We only retain personal data for so long as it is necessary. Data may be archived as long as the purpose for which the data was used still exists.
(II) FROM INDIVIDUALS MAKING PAYMENT
(a) Information used to facilitate the transaction such as payment method, payment card used and associated details, electronic signature, transaction amount and date and time of transaction, goods and services purchased, etc.
(III) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY INDIVIDUALS (a) Other information such as date of birth or interests and preferences, which you might enter or authorise the merchant to enter during sign-up, etc.
2. USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION
(I) The purposes for which information may be used by us in and outside Singapore include:
(a) provide platform services such as transactions and payments
(b) provide you with online services such as verification of your identity or diagnosing technical issues
(c) deliver electronic receipts to customers of merchants or comply with legal requirements (e.g. invoicing)
(c) carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us;
(d) enable our merchants to advertise products and/or services to you
(e) to personalise your experience in using our platforms; and
(f) to secure and protect our network and systems.
(g) to provide services related to our platform or affiliates including marketing affiliate programmes, reward, loyalty or privilege programmes, and other offers and related services.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
(I) We will keep the personal data we hold confidential but may share your personal data with the following parties:
our business partners and affiliates for the purpose of providing our platform services;
service providers such as hosting and IT services and payment gateway; or
persons under a duty of confidentiality to us.

to secure our website/apps/devices and ensure they are working prperly
